This CNC gear hobbing machine is suitable for mining, ships, lifting gear processing in machinery, metallurgy, elevators, petroleum machinery, power generation equipment, construction machinery and other industries.
This 4 axis CNC automatic control CNC gear hobbing machine adopts GSK218MC CNC system four-axis linkage, adopts electronic gear box (EGB) to realize the movement of teeth separation and differential compensation, which can realize parameter programming to replace the traditional transmission box and feed box.
This CNC gear hobbing machine can use multi-head high-speed hob for efficient and powerful gear hobbing, and the processing efficiency is 2 to 5 times that of ordinary gear hobbing machines of the same specification.
